Selection of Area Sales Manager

Primary and secondary target achievement of the area
Validate and appoint the distributor of the region within the norms
Responsible for Recruiting SE, Inducting/Training
Allocating Route and Setting sales targets to SE, ensuring the SOPs are followed by them Motivating and Reviewing the team under him
Analyse Market data for identifying new markets and channels, evaluate competitor activities and capitalizing the opportunities for sales growth.
Design and recommend the local promotions
Identify new channel of distribution to ensure sales growth in the territory.
Manage the sales mobile App and maintain data
Conduct weekly / monthly review meetings with the team, solve their issues and enable them to achieve the sales targets.
Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills
2. Qualifications and Skills
Any graduate with strong experience (8 - 10 years) preferably within the FMCG industry with a major focus on Rural Channel/General Trade/Modern Trade
Possess Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities
Possess exceptional relationship management skills & interpersonal skills
Good team handling skills
Multi-linguistic & an effective communicator
Language requirements are area specific
Computer literate

Selection of Regional Sales Manager

Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the Business Plan for the sales channels
Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year, etc.
Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs
Announce, present, and educate sales team of any new or upcoming products
Hiring of sales members under him under set parameters
Manage and supervise sales team to ensure they are on track in achieving sales goals
Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire your team to perform beyond expectations
Hold frequent performance reviews with staff to provide constructive feedback
Continually monitor and track regional sales performance, Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and availability of company products in the market
Ensure customer issues are attended to appropriately and efficiently
Market visit to gather information about competitors activities and look for new business opportunities
Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network and efficient routing to ensure timely deliveries and superior levels of service to company customers.
Coordinate the execution of marketing & promotional activities in the market place to derive maximum benefit out of such promotional initiatives.
Analyze the impact of such promotions and submit report to the Sales Manager for assessment and evaluation.
2. Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor degree with 12 - 14 years experience in sales of FMCG products, preferably in direct distribution channel.

Selection of National Sales Manager

Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Establish productive and professional relationships with key channel partners
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Plan and implement local sales promotion in consultation with marketing.
To analyze stock movement/availability
Work out a training calendar for the Sales Organization and implement the same
Building and managing the sales team (manpower, productivity, HR issues etc)
Building and managing the sales channel (distributors, retailers in MT and GT)
Scan the market for potential new avenues to generate revenue from untapped accounts/market.
Manage entire Sales team and ensure smooth functioning of the department.
2. Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor degree with 15 - 18 years experience in sales of FMCG products, preferably in direct distribution channel.

Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behavior competency to build relationships
