Paid Campaign Manager

You will play an active role in executing and managing our SEM campaigns, including but not limited to keyword research & analysis, creation of compelling ad copies, competitive analysis, PPC campaign build outs and campaign management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of having successfully managed multiple PPC campaigns for e-commerce or consumer brands


Devise B2C (business to consumer) marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
Perform Keywords Research & Analysis, Website Analysis and Competitor analysis to generate various lists of targeted keywords for campaigns
Basic optimizations using negative keywords and bid modifications for optimal budget utilization
Competition trend mapping - Identify product opportunities through competitive research and testing
Generate relevant creative ad copies including text ads, site links and content for display ads and native ads on mobile
Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators, who will deliver much of the campaign activity
Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
Key Requirements:
Experience of creating and managing PPC campaigns for ecommerce companies and PPC search marketing
Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (AdWords, Yahoo, Bing).
Outstanding ability to think creatively, to identify and to resolve problems.
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals.
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
AdWords / Bing certification a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 PA.
