Roles & Responsibilities

 .

Establish and implement the goal setting for all the positions.

  • 1. Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners and develop the New clients.
  • 2. Individual revenue Target Inline with Ebidta.  
  • 3.  Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
  • 4. Establish cost parameters and manage the overall P&L of the job handling

    5. Plan and direct activities such as analyses the job factor and product Re-Engineering.

    6. Maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan

    7. Positive relationship with all the stake holders internal and external

     

     

    KPI :

    Ø Responsible for the EBIDTA Target and Revenue.

    Ø Project the monthly jobs in hand and support the plant to execute the job.

    Ø Submit the BSC report and responsible division/branch sales output.

    Which includes the Target V/s Actual, Customer Service Index, Potential Customer, Market scenario.

    Ø Analyse the job factor and work towards the re-engineering the product and process.

    Ø Updated about the market condition and technology.

     

    Knowledge Required

    Administration and Management  - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

    Customer and Personal Service  - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

    Personnel and Human Resources  - Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.

    Economics and Accounting  - Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.

    Language  - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English & local Regional language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

    Sales and Marketing  - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

    Production and Processing  - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

    Educational Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent is mandatory

    Master's in Administration is preferable

    Good knowledge on Lean Manufacturing principles.


     

    Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 PA.
